Everything the app does is available over a JSON API: add a page, confirm its brief, start a review, and read the full report. Plug Klar into your agency's reporting, your CMS publishing flow or an internal dashboard.

Reviews shouldn't need someone to remember to run them

  • Pages change every week, but reviews happen only when someone thinks of it.
  • Agencies want findings in their own reports, not in another tab.
  • Copying results out of a web app by hand doesn't scale past a few clients.

How it works

    Sign in for a token

    Request an email code and exchange it for an access token, the same way the login page works.

  2. 02

    Add and review pages

    Add a page by URL or upload a design, confirm the brief, start reviews and resume stalled ones.

  3. 03

    Read the report

    Fetch the full report as JSON: scores, personas, fixes, positioning, design review and message match.

Built on the same rules as the app

  • Bearer tokens

    Every call needs a token, and browser cookies are ignored so a session can't be used cross-site.

  • Same permissions

    A token sees and changes only what its user can in the app, in the workspaces they belong to, as their role allows.

  • Same code path

    The API runs the same services as the app, so a review started over the API is identical to one started in the browser.

  • Competitor comparisons are only available in the app for now.

Does the API cost extra?
No. Reviews over the API use the workspace's credits, the same as in the app.
