Workspaces
A workspace for every team and every client.
Pages, reviews and credits live in a workspace. Make one for your team, or one per client, invite the people involved with the right role, and switch between them from the header.
Free while in beta. No credit card required.
Example with made-up data.
Landing page work involves more people than the tool does
- Marketers, designers, founders and clients all have opinions on the page, but only one person has the login.
- Agencies need each client's pages and reports kept apart.
- Usage gets messy when everyone pays for their own seat.
How it's organised
- 01
Workspaces
Everything belongs to a workspace: pages, reviews, share links and credits. You can be in as many as you like and switch from the header.
- 02
Roles
Viewers read every report. Members also add pages, run reviews, share them and use Copy Lab. Admins also invite people and manage members. Owners can make other owners.
- 03
Invites
An admin invites an email address with a role and sends the invite link. The invite also shows on that person's dashboard when they sign in.
Built for shared work
Roles enforced in the database
Permissions are checked by the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.
One credit pool
Credits belong to the workspace, and every member spends from the same pool.
Pages grouped by domain
Review pages across several sites and the dashboard groups them by domain, each with its own review history.
Pages to review next
Klar reads each domain's links and sitemap and suggests other pages worth reviewing, such as pricing and feature pages. Suggestions cost nothing.
Who did what
Pages, reviews, share links and Copy Lab tests record who created them.
Not there yet
- Klar doesn't send invite emails yet. You send the invite link yourself.
- Client folders and an activity log are planned, not built.
Questions, answered.
- Can a page move between workspaces?
- No. A page's reviews, credits and screenshots stay in the workspace it was added to.
- Can a client see only their own pages?
- Yes. Make a workspace per client and invite them to theirs as a viewer. They won't see your other workspaces.
